World AIDS Day
An estimated 38 million people worldwide are living with HIV. Over the past 40 years, more than 35 million people have died from HIV or AIDS-related illnesses, making it one of the most devastating pandemics in history.
December 1st is World AIDS Day. It exists to shine a light on the real experiences of people living with HIV, while celebrating the strength, resilience, and diversity of the communities most affected. It is also an opportunity to show strength and solidarity against HIV stigma and to remember lives lost.
